A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ADDING SECTION 31-3-60 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A VALID LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION IN ORDER TO PERFORM WORK FOR A PUBLIC HOUSING AUTHORITY.
