A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ADDING SECTION 11-1-130 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE STATE OR ANY POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS MAY NOT OFFER INCENTIVES OR SUBSIDIES TO CERTAIN COMPANIES THAT ENGAGE IN THE PROMOTION OF ENVIRONMENTAL, SOCIAL, OR GOVERNANCE OBJECTIVES.
