A HOUSE RESOLUTION TO AMEND RULE 1.9 OF THE RULES OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES, RELATING TO THE APPOINTMENT OF COMMITTEE MEMBERS AND ELECTION OF CHAIRMEN BY THE RESPECTIVE COMMITTEES, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT COMMITTEE CHAIRMEN MAY NOT SERVE MORE THAN TWO CONSECUTIVE TWO-YEAR TERMS ON A PARTICULAR COMMITTEE.
