A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ADDING SECTION 11-1-130 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT CERTAIN INDIVIDUALS MAY NOT PARTICIPATE AS BOARD MEMBERS OR TRUSTEES IF THEY ARE MEMBERS OF ANOTHER ORGANIZATION THAT RECEIVES STATE FUNDING OR INCENTIVES.
