Summary
A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ADDING SECTION 59-101-295 SO AS TO PROVIDE A PUBLIC INSTITUTION OF HIGHER LEARNING SHALL NOT ENTER INTO ANY AGREEMENT THAT ENABLES ITS STUDENTS TO PARTICIPATE IN A STUDY ABROAD PROGRAM PROVIDED BY ANOTHER ENTITY IF THE OTHER ENTITY REQUIRES THE STUDENT TO COMPLY WITH MORE STRINGENT COVID-19 VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS THAN THE INSTITUTION REQUIRES FOR STUDENTS ATTENDING CLASSES ON ITS CAMPUS.
