A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS, BY ADDING CHAPTER 39 TO TITLE 6, ENTITLED "TRANSIT-ORIENTED DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS" SO AS TO SET FORTH A PROCESS BY WHICH A COUNTY OR MUNICIPALITY MAY CREATE A TRANSIT-ORIENTED REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY TO DEVELOP CERTAIN AREAS IN CONNECTION WITH PLANNED OR EXISTING TRANSPORTATION FACILITIES.
