A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY AMENDING SECTION 51-13-725, RELATING TO THE MAYOR OF MOUNT PLEASANT SERVING AS AN EX OFFICIO MEMBER OF THE PATRIOTS POINT DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY, SO AS TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO APPOINT A DESIGNEE TO SERVE ON THE AUTHORITY AT THE PLEASURE OF THE MAYOR AND FOR A TERM THAT IS COTERMINOUS WITH THAT OF THE APPOINTING MAYOR.
