A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ADDING SECTION 59-43-40 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE GENERAL EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT (GED) TEST BATTERY MUST BE GIVEN IN ANY LANGUAGE OFFERED BY THE GED TESTING SERVICE IN THE UNITED STATES.
