A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ENACTING THE "SOUTH CAROLINA MEDICAID BUY-IN ACT"; AND BY ADDING ARTICLE 10 TO CHAPTER 6, TITLE 44 SO AS TO ESTABLISH A MEDICAID BUY-IN PROGRAM TO PROVIDE QUALITY, AFFORDABLE HEALTH INSURANCE FOR CERTAIN RESIDENTS OF THE STATE.
