A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY AMENDING SECTION 59-63-45, RELATING TO REIMBURSEMENTS FOR A STUDENT ATTENDING ANOTHER SCHOOL DISTRICT, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE PER PUPIL COST FOR A STUDENT ATTENDING A NEW SCHOOL DISTRICT IN ORDER TO ATTEND A PUBLIC OR PRIVATE SCHOOL THAT IS OFFERING FIVE DAYS EACH WEEK OF IN-PERSON INSTRUCTION, MUST BE TRANSFERRED TO THE NEW SCHOOL DISTRICT OR PRIVATE SCHOOL.
