A BILL TO AMEND ARTICLE 1, CHAPTER 25, TITLE 16 OF THE 1976 CODE, RELATING TO GENERAL PROVISIONS CONCERNING DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, BY ADDING SECTION 16-25-130 TO CREATE THE OFFENSE OF COERCIVE CONTROL OVER ANOTHER PERSON, TO PROVIDE EXAMPLES OF THE TYPES OF BEHAVIOR AND EVIDENCE THAT MAY BE USED TO SUPPORT THE OFFENSE, TO PROVIDE A PENALTY, AND TO DEFINE NECESSARY TERMS.
