Summary
A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 23-31-215(A)(5), (6), AND (7) OF THE 1976 CODE, RELATING TO REQUIRED SUBMISSIONS FOR THE ISSUANCE OF A CONCEALABLE WEAPON PERMIT, TO REMOVE THE APPLICATION FEE; AND TO AMEND ARTICLE 25, CHAPTER 6, TITLE 12 OF THE 1976 CODE, RELATING TO INCOME TAX CREDITS, BY ADDING SECTION 12-6-3810, TO PROVIDE FOR A REFUNDABLE INDIVIDUAL INCOME TAX CREDIT FOR THE COMPLETION OF A BASIC OR ADVANCED HANDGUN EDUCATION COURSE.
