A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 6-7-25 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT NO MORE THAN THREE UNRELATED ADULT PERSONS MAY LIVE IN A SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCE, TO PROVIDE EXCEPTIONS, TO DEFINE CERTAIN TERMS, AND TO PROVIDE CIVIL PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION.
