A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 24-13-35, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE TREATMENT OF FEMALE INMATES, SO AS TO PROVIDE THE DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS SHALL PROVIDE REGULAR PAP SMEAR TESTING FOR FEMALE INMATES IN ACCORDANCE WITH AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY RECOMMENDATIONS.
