A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING ARTICLE 5 TO CHAPTER 5, TITLE 52 SO AS TO PROVIDE PROCEDURES FOR PARI-MUTUEL WAGERING, TO PROVIDE DEFINITIONS, TO PROVIDE THE MAKEUP OF THE SOUTH CAROLINA EQUINE COMMISSION AND TO GRANT IT POWERS, TO ESTABLISH A PROCESS TO OBTAIN NECESSARY LICENSES, AND TO ESTABLISH THE "EQUINE INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT FUND".
