A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING CHAPTER 59 TO TITLE 11 SO AS TO PROHIBIT INVESTMENT IN COMPANIES THAT BOYCOTT ENERGY COMPANIES; AND BY ADDING SECTION 11-35-5350 SO AS TO PROHIBIT CONTRACTING WITH COMPANIES THAT BOYCOTT ENERGY COMPANIES.
