A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 9-16-55, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO DIVESTMENT BY THE STATE FROM COMPANIES THAT "BOYCOTT ISRAEL", SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE RETIREMENT SYSTEM INVESTMENT COMMISSION MAY NOT INVEST PUBLIC EMPLOYEE RETIREMENT FUNDS IN A SCRUTINIZED COMPANY.
