A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 39-15-60 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT ANY GOOD SOLD IN THIS STATE THAT WAS PRODUCED IN THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA MUST HAVE A LABEL TO INDICATE WHETHER OR NOT THE GOOD WAS PRODUCED THROUGH FORCED LABOR AND TO PROVIDE FOR ENFORCEMENT AND PENALTIES.
