A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 56-3-2320, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF MOTOR VEHICLE DEALER LICENSE PLATES, SO AS TO PROVIDE THE DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES MAY NOT RESTRICT THE NUMBER OF DEALER LICENSE PLATES ISSUED TO A DEALER.
