A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 59-150-65 SO AS TO PROVIDE THE LOTTERY COMMISSION LAWFULLY MAY OWN, MARKET, AND REGULATE CERTAIN CASH DEPOSIT-ACTIVATED GAMES OF SKILL MACHINES THAT SKILLED PLAYERS MAY PLAY TO EARN PRIZES; TO PROVIDE THE COMMISSION SHALL MAINTAIN OWNERSHIP AND CONTROL OF THESE GAMES OF SKILL MACHINES; AND TO PROVIDE PERSONS EIGHTEEN YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER LAWFULLY MAY PLAY THESE MACHINES AND ESTABLISHMENTS APPROVED BY THE COMMISSION LAWFULLY MAY POSSESS THE MACHINES.
