A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 10-1-220 SO AS TO DIRECT THE DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION TO OFFER ANY TWICE ACQUITTED PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES BURIAL ON THE STATE HOUSE GROUNDS, AND UPON ACCEPTANCE, TO IDENTIFY A LOCATION ON THE STATE HOUSE GROUNDS TO BURY THE PRESIDENT AND TO ERECT A TOMBSTONE AND GRAVE MARKER.
