SOUTH CAROLINA OF THE UNITED STATES SUPREME COURT, WHICH PROTECTS THE FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHTS OF PEOPLE "PEACEABLY TO ASSEMBLE, AND TO PETITION THE GOVERNMENT FOR A REDRESS OF GRIEVANCES," AND TO COMMEMORATE THE SIXTIETH ANNIVERSARY OF THIS LANDMARK CASE.
