A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 56-5-4072 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT A PICK-UP TRUCK WITH A FIFTH WHEEL ASSEMBLY MAY NOT TOW MORE THAN ONE SEPARATE TRAILING VEHICLE, TO PROVIDE A MAXIMUM LENGTH FOR THIS COMBINATION OF VEHICLES, AND TO PROVIDE THE MAXIMUM WEIGHT FOR THE FINAL TRAILING VEHICLE.
