A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 11-9-150 SO AS TO PROVIDE DEFINITIONS AND TO PROVIDE THAT THE STATE MAY NOT PROVIDE OR OFFER TO PROVIDE PUBLIC FUNDING FOR CERTAIN CONSTRUCTION OR MAINTENANCE OF PROFESSIONAL SPORTS STADIUMS.
