A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 14-17-210, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO CLERKS OF COURT HAVING CHARGE OF COURTHOUSES, SO AS TO PROVIDE FOR CLERKS OF COURT TO HAVE CHARGE OF THOSE AREAS OF A COURTHOUSE WHICH ARE DESIGNATED BY THE COUNTY GOVERNING BODY FOR USE BY AGENCIES AND DEPARTMENTS WHICH ARE UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF COURT ADMINISTRATION.
