A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 31-3-60 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR HOUSING UNDER THE HOUSING AUTHORITY, AN INDIVIDUAL SHALL ATTEND ONE FINANCIAL LITERACY CLASS OFFERED OR APPROVED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS.
