A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, TO ENACT THE "OPEN FOR BUSINESS ACT" BY ADDING SECTION 39-1-100 SO AS TO ALLOW BUSINESSES ORDERED TO CEASE OR LIMIT OPERATIONS TO CONTINUE OR RESUME OPERATIONS IF THEY CAN DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE WITH SAFETY PRECAUTIONS.
