MEMORIAL HIGHWAY" IN HONOR OF DR. MARTIN LUTHER KING, JR., AND ERECT APPROPRIATE SIGNS OR MARKERS ALONG THIS PORTION OF HIGHWAY CONTAINING THESE WORDS.
