A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 59-63-45, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO REIMBURSEMENTS FOR A STUDENT ATTENDING ANOTHER SCHOOL DISTRICT, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE PER PUPIL COST FOR A STUDENT ATTENDING A NEW SCHOOL DISTRICT MUST BE TRANSFERRED TO THE NEW SCHOOL DISTRICT.
