A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 50-9-30, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO HUNTING AND FISHING LICENSE RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTS, SO AS TO ALLOW FOR AN ADOPTED CHILD TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A LIFETIME RECREATIONAL LICENSE UPON APPROVAL OF THE ADOPTION PETITION; AND TO AMEND SECTION 50-9-520, RELATING TO LIFETIME COMBINATION LICENSE FEES, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT AN ADOPTED CHILD MAY OBTAIN A COMBINATION LICENSE AT NO COST.
