A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 59-53-1784, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE DISPOSAL OF SURPLUS PROPERTY BY THE MIDLANDS TECHNICAL COLLEGE ENTERPRISE CAMPUS AUTHORITY, SO AS TO REQUIRE THE AUTHORITY TO FILE CERTAIN DOCUMENTS WITH THE STATE FISCAL ACCOUNTABILITY AUTHORITY; TO AMEND ACT 189 OF 2018, RELATING TO THE DISPOSAL OF SURPLUS PROPERTY BY THE MIDLANDS TECHNICAL COLLEGE ENTERPRISE CAMPUS AUTHORITY, SO AS TO PERMANENTLY AUTHORIZE THE ACT AND TO REPEAL THE SUNSET PROVISION.
