A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 59-25-412 SO AS TO PROVIDE PUBLIC SCHOOL TEACHERS MAY NOT BE REQUIRED TO WORK MORE THAN THIRTY-SEVEN AND ONE HALF HOURS EACH WEEK WITHOUT RECEIVING OVERTIME PAY, AND TO PROVIDE REMEDIES FOR VIOLATIONS.
