A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 59-53-810 OF THE 1976 CODE, RELATING TO THE HORRY-GEORGETOWN TECHNICAL COLLEGE COMMISSION, TO PROVIDE THAT APPOINTMENTS FROM GEORGETOWN COUNTY MUST BE MADE BY THE GOVERNOR UPON THE RECOMMENDATION OF A MAJORITY OF THE GEORGETOWN COUNTY LEGISLATIVE DELEGATION, INCLUDING THE RESIDENT SENATOR; AND TO AMEND SECTION 59-53-840, RELATING TO THE ACCOUNTS OF THE COMMISSION AND AUDITS, TO MAKE CONFORMING CHANGES.
