A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 2-7-60 OF THE 1976 CODE, RELATING TO THE ANNUAL GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT, TO PROVIDE THAT LINE ITEM APPROPRIATIONS TO BE EXPENDED FOR MULTIPLE PURPOSES OR ACTIVITIES MUST ALSO CONTAIN A PROVISO OUTLINING SPECIFIC INDIVIDUAL EXPENDITURES IN ORDER TO RECEIVE FUNDING; TO AMEND 11-9-10 OF THE 1976 CODE, RELATING TO MONEY TO BE SPENT ONLY FOR THE PURPOSE OR ACTIVITY SPECIFICALLY APPROPRIATED, TO MAKE CONFORMING CHANGES.
