A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 56-5-2774 SO AS TO ALLOW THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY TO ISSUE A CIVIL PENALTY CITATION AGAINST THE REGISTERED OWNER OF A VEHICLE THAT UNLAWFULLY PASSES A SCHOOL BUS, TO PROVIDE A METHOD TO APPEAL THE CITATION, AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE REPEAL OF THIS SECTION.
