A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 40-56-10, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE MEMBERSHIP AND COMPOSITION OF THE STATE BOARD OF PYROTECHNIC SAFETY, SO AS TO INCREASE THE MEMBERSHIP FROM SEVEN SEATS TO NINE SEATS, AND TO PROVIDE THESE ADDITIONAL SEATS MUST BE HELD BY PYROTECHNICS RETAILERS.
