A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 20-3-130(B) OF THE 1976 CODE, RELATING TO THE AWARD OF ALIMONY AND OTHER ALLOWANCES, TO PROVIDE FOR TWO NEW FORMS OF ALIMONY AND TO CHANGE THE DEFINITION OF COHABITATION; AND TO AMEND SECTION 20-3-150 OF THE 1976 CODE, RELATING TO SEGREGATION OF ALLOWANCE BETWEEN SPOUSE AND CHILDREN AND THE EFFECT OF REMARRIAGE OF A SPOUSE, TO CHANGE THE DEFINITION OF COHABITATION.
