Summary
A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 12-37-2615 OF THE 1976 CODE, RELATING TO PENALTIES FOR FAILURE TO REGISTER A MOTOR VEHICLE, TO PROVIDE THAT A PERSON WHO FAILS TO REGISTER A MOTOR VEHICLE IS GUILTY OF A MISDEMEANOR AND, UPON CONVICTION, SHALL BE FINED NOT MORE THAN FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS OR IMPRISONED FOR A PERIOD NOT TO EXCEED THIRTY DAYS, OR BOTH.
