A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 59-20-40, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE DETERMINATION OF ANNUAL ALLOCATIONS TO EACH SCHOOL DISTRICT, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE PUPIL CLASSIFICATION WEIGHTING FOR CAREER AND TECHNOLOGY MUST APPLY TO GRADES SIX THROUGH EIGHT.
