A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 50-1-90 OF THE 1976 CODE, RELATING TO HUNTING, FISHING, OR TRAPPING WITHOUT CONSENT ON THE LANDS OF OTHERS AND RELATED PENALTIES, TO PROVIDE A PENALTY FOR ILLEGALLY DUMPING LITTER OR SOLID WASTE IN EXCESS OF FIFTEEN POUNDS ON ANOTHER PERSON'S PRIVATE PROPERTY.
