A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 56-5-1210, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE DUTIES OF A MOTOR VEHICLE DRIVER INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT, THE MOVING OF A VEHICLE INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT, AND PENALTIES ASSOCIATED WITH FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS SECTION, SO AS TO INCREASE THE PENALTY IMPOSED UPON A PERSON WHO IS INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT WHEN INJURY RESULTS BUT GREAT BODILY INJURY OR DEATH DOES NOT RESULT FAILS TO COMPLY WITH THIS SECTION.
