A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 56-5-2925 SO AS TO DEFINE THE TERM "GREAT BODILY INJURY", CREATE THE OFFENSE OF RECKLESS DRIVING THAT RESULTS IN GREAT BODILY INJURY, AND PROVIDE A PENALTY.
