A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 40-7-355 SO AS TO AUTHORIZE THE STATE BOARD OF BARBER EXAMINERS TO ISSUE MOBILE BARBERSHOP PERMITS, TO ESTABLISH PERMIT REQUIREMENTS, TO FURTHER PROVIDE FOR THE REGULATION OF MOBILE BARBERSHOPS, AND TO PROVIDE EXCEPTIONS FOR CERTAIN SERVICES PROVIDED IN NURSING HOMES AND COMMUNITY RESIDENTIAL CARE FACILITIES.
