A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 59-25-60 SO AS TO PROVIDE PUBLIC SCHOOL CLASSROOM TEACHERS ARE ENTITLED TO THIRTY-MINUTE LUNCH PERIODS FROM ALL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES CONNECTED WITH THE INSTRUCTION AND SUPERVISION OF STUDENTS, AND TO PROVIDE REQUIREMENTS FOR SCHOOL DISTRICTS WHEN IMPLEMENTING THE PROVISIONS OF THIS ACT.
