A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, TO ENACT THE "SOUTH CAROLINA VETERANS BILL OF RIGHTS" BY ADDING ARTICLE 7 TO CHAPTER 11, TITLE 25 SO AS TO ENUMERATE SERVICES THE SOUTH CAROLINA DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS' AFFAIRS SHALL FURNISH TO IMPROVE VETERAN ACCESS TO JOBS, HIGHER EDUCATION, HEALTH CARE, AND HOUSING.
