A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 50-21-870, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO PERSONAL WATERCRAFT AND BOATING SAFETY, SO AS TO INCREASE THE DISTANCE BETWEEN A WATERCRAFT AND ANOTHER OBJECT NEAR WHICH A WATERCRAFT MAY NOT BE OPERATED IN EXCESS OF IDLE SPEED IN CERTAIN BODIES OF WATER AND TO PROVIDE THAT A WATERCRAFT MAY NOT BE OPERATED IN EXCESS OF IDLE SPEED WITHIN FIFTY FEET OF CERTAIN OBJECTS IN ALL OTHER WATERS OF THIS STATE.
