A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 16-17-507 SO AS TO ESTABLISH A CRIMINAL PENALTY FOR THE MANUFACTURE, SALE, DISTRIBUTION, OR POSSESSION OF A VAPOR PRODUCT THAT CONTAINS TETRAHYDROCANNABINOL (THC) AND FOR TAMPERING WITH A VAPOR PRODUCT; AND TO AMEND SECTIONS 16-17-500 AND 16-17-501, AS AMENDED, AND SECTIONS 16-17-502, 16-17-503, AND 16-17-504, RELATING TO THE YOUTH ACCESS TO TOBACCO PREVENTION ACT, SO AS TO MAKE CONFORMING AND TECHNICAL CHANGES.
