A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 56-1-467 SO AS TO PROVIDE A PENALTY FOR DRIVING A MOTOR VEHICLE WITH A CANCELED, SUSPENDED, OR REVOKED DRIVER'S LICENSE AND CAUSING THE DEATH OF ANOTHER PERSON.
