A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 24-21-645, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE GRANTING OF PAROLE, CONDITIONS OF PAROLE PLACED ON A PAROLEE, AND THE REVIEW SCHEDULE FOLLOWING THE DENIAL OF PAROLE, SO AS TO PROVIDE UPON A NEGATIVE DETERMINATION OF PAROLE FOR CERTAIN PRISONERS IN CONFINEMENT FOR A VIOLENT CRIME, THEIR CASES MUST BE REVIEWED EVERY FIVE YEARS INSTEAD OF EVERY TWO YEARS.
