A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 1-3-225 SO AS TO PROVIDE FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF A STATE SURGEON GENERAL BY THE GOVERNOR AND TO ESTABLISH QUALIFICATIONS AND DUTIES FOR THE STATE SURGEON GENERAL; AND TO ESTABLISH AN ADVISORY COMMITTEE FOR THE STATE SURGEON GENERAL AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE ADVISORY COMMITTEE'S MEMBERSHIP AND DUTIES.
